- pastoral counseling-affords the client the freedom to seek counseling including the perspective of spirituality
- spiritual direction-is an ancient process in which another person accompanies you on your spiritual journey and assists you in hearing and responding to the movement of the Spirit within.
- massage therapy -can help reduce stress, give you more energy, relieve muscle tightness, increase circulation, and relieve pain. (Swedish massage, healing touch, and Reiki are offered in a private, quiet setting)
Services are offered to all women in need, regardless of a woman's ability to pay current rates for such services. A sliding fee scale is available.
