Insight Out, a Women's Center for Spirituality and Wellness,is a project in the Denver metropolitan area with a focus on women and the expressed need for women's spirituality to foster holistic wellness.
Mission Statement
Centered in the Sinsinawa Dominican tradition, Insight Out responds to the needs
of women for a holistic approach to spirituality and wellness. Insight
Out fosters, promotes, and encourages women to explore their journeys
from diverse perspectives in order to enhance the life-spirit within
themselves and thus enrich their encounters with all creation.
