Insight Out, a Women's Center for Spirituality and Wellness, is a project in the Denver metropolitan area with a focus on women and the expressed need for women's spirituality to foster holistic wellness.
Mission Statement
Centered in the Sinsinawa Dominican tradition, Insight Out responds to the needs
of women for a holistic approach to spirituality and wellness. Insight Out
fosters, promotes, and encourages women to explore their journeys
from diverse perspectives in order to enhance the life-spirit within
themselves and thus enrich their encounters with all creation.
A bit of history...
Insight Out,A Women's Center for Spirituality and Wellness, came into
being through the dreams and hard work of five dedicated and talented
Sinsinawa Dominican women living and working in the Denver metropolitan area.
Sinsinawa Dominicans include Catholic sisters and lay associate members
whose Dominican Motherhouse (headquarters) is located at Sinsinawa,
Wisconsin.
